We are based at H-40 Bali Nagar in New Delhi. It’s a residential-looking street but there are several businesses like ours tucked away here. Ozone Overseas has been here in Delhi for a while now. Our office is a straightforward setup where we handle all the export and import details. There are a lot of files and computer screens around the room. We spend a lot of time on the phone or typing out emails to people in different time zones. Bali Nagar is a decent area, relatively central, so it’s easy for us to get around. We aren't a massive corporation with hundreds of staff. It’s just a dedicated group of us making sure the shipments and orders are moving like they should. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic when a big order is due, but we manage. We don't have a big sign out front or a fancy lobby. It’s just an old-fashioned office where people work hard. We drink a lot of coffee and keep the paperwork organized as best as we can. Being in India, we deal with all sorts of local logistics too. It’s a lot of coordination. We just focus on the task in front of us and try to keep things simple. We don't use complicated strategies, just everyday effort to get things shipped correctly to where they need to go.
