We are located at Shop No 2252 in Gali Pahar Wali, which is right in the heart of Sadar Bazar. If you know the area, we are quite close to the Central Bank branch there. Sadar Bazar is always packed with people and goods moving around, and our street is no different. We operate as a medical agency, dealing mostly with the supply side of things. Our shop is old and has seen many years of business in this crowded market. We have stacks of boxes reaching up to the ceiling sometimes. It’s a bit of a maze inside with all the stock we have to keep. We deal with a lot of wholesalers and other shopkeepers who come into the lane for their supplies. The atmosphere is loud and energetic, typical for this part of Delhi. We don't have a modern showroom or anything like that. It’s just a working space with a heavy wooden counter and plenty of ledgers. We spend our days taking orders, checking what’s in the warehouse, and making sure the deliveries get sent out through the narrow lanes. It’s hard work and the summer heat in Gali Pahar Wali can be tough, but we have been here a long time. We know the other traders and the local workers well. It’s just how we do business, focusing on the trade and staying busy in the market.
