If you have ever been through Karol Bagh, you know how crowded Abdul Aziz Road can get. That is where we are, specifically at 10172/1 in the W.E.A area. Guru Kirpa Car Accessories has been tucked into this street for quite some time now. We aren't those big retailers you see in malls. This is a real shop where boxes are stacked to the ceiling and there is barely enough room to walk sometimes. We deal with all the bits and pieces people want for their cars, from floor mats to the more technical stuff like lights and sound systems. My brother and I run the place. We usually have a lot of customers coming in from all over Delhi because they know Karol Bagh is the place for parts. It is a bit chaotic here, to be honest. Some days we are searching for a specific fuse or a trim piece for an hour. But we usually find what a person needs eventually. We don't have a receptionist or a fancy waiting lounge. You mostly just stand by the counter while we pull things from the shelves. The neighborhood is full of energy and constant noise. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a part isn't right for your car, we will tell you. It's better that way than having someone come back angry later. That's just how we do things here. The tea stall next door is where we usually take our breaks and wait for customers.
