Our office is over in Shaheen Bagh, specifically in the Abu Fazal Enclave Part-2 area. It is one of those busy parts of Okhla where there is always something happening outside. Being on the E-104/1 plot means we are right in the thick of things. We spend most of our time dealing with import and export paperwork and checking on shipments. It is a lot of desk work and phone calls, honestly. The streets around here can be a bit narrow, so getting large deliveries can sometimes be a struggle, but we make it work. Most of us have been working in this Okhla area for a long time, so we know the shortcuts and the local spots for a quick tea break. The office isn't very large, but it fits everything we need like the computers and the filing cabinets which are always overflowing with documents. We don't really have a showroom or anything like that because that is not the kind of work we do. It’s mostly just making sure things move from one place to another without getting stuck at the port or in transit. Sometimes the internet is slow or the power goes out, but that is just part of being in this part of Delhi. We just try to stay on top of the logistics and keep the files organized so we don't lose track of the orders.
