If you are looking for us, you have to head up to the 7th floor of Gtb Hospital here in Dilshad Garden. It is a bit of a trek up if the elevators are busy, which they usually are. Once you get up there, things feel a little bit different than the ground floor. It is still part of the same big hospital in Dilshad Garden, but being on the 7th floor gives you a different perspective. You can see out over the neighborhood a bit if you find a window. The hospital itself is a massive place that everyone in the area knows. We have been operating here for years. It is a busy environment with a lot of people coming in and out at all hours. We don't bother with fancy language or trying to sound like a big corporation. We are just a group of people working on this floor to help those who come through the doors. The hallways are usually filled with the sounds of carts moving and people talking. It is a very practical, no-nonsense kind of place. We focus on the work that needs to be done. Dilshad Garden is a crowded spot, and we are right in the heart of it. We just keep our heads down and do our jobs. It isn't always perfect, but we are here every day on the 7th floor working.
