G.T.B. Hospital

G.T.B. Hospital is right in the heart of Shahdara. If you’ve spent any time in this part of Delhi, you know how packed the streets can get. Our building stands out among the shops and other businesses around here. It is a large place with a lot of different wings and hallways that can be a bit confusing if it’s your first time visiting. We have people coming in and out at all hours of the day and night. The front entrance is always a hub of activity with tea stalls nearby and people waiting for their rides. Inside, the air feels a bit cooler than the street outside. We have a lot of staff running around, some in scrubs and others just handling the paperwork at the tall wooden desks. The walls are painted a simple off-white color and there are posters about health stuff taped up here and there. Sometimes the fans on the ceiling make a bit of a clicking sound when they are on high. We try to keep things moving along but in a big place like this, there’s always something happening. Shahdara is a busy area, so we are used to the constant hum of traffic and the general rush of life right outside our gates. It’s just how things are at G.T.B. Hospital. We’ve been here a long time and the building shows its age in some spots, but it holds up well.
