Our place is at K-95 in Udyog Nagar, over in the Peera Garhi area. It’s an industrial spot, which is exactly where we need to be for the kind of work we do with magnets and metal parts. The workshop is usually humming with the sound of machinery. We spend a lot of time on the floor, making sure the production is running okay and checking how the parts are coming off the line. It’s a bit oily and noisy, but that’s how a factory should be, I guess. We’ve got a small team of people who have been with us for years, so we all know how the machines work and what to do when something goes wrong. Udyog Nagar is quite a large estate, and it can be easy to get turned around if you don't know the block numbers. We keep our operation pretty simple and focused. There’s no big corporate structure here, just a few of us making sure orders get filled. We have stacks of raw materials in the corner and finished parts ready to go out near the door. It’s hard work and the days can be long, especially when we have a big deadline to meet. We don’t have any fancy brochures or a glossy front office. It’s just a practical industrial unit where we get things made and shipped out to those who need them. It’s what we know, and we just keep at it every day.
