Our place is at Shop No. 1544/29 in the Naiwala area of Karolbagh. If you know this part of the city, you know how crowded and hectic it can be. There are spare parts shops everywhere you look. We are just one of many, but we have our own way of doing things. Our shop is packed with inventory from floor to ceiling. It is a bit of a maze inside, but we know exactly where everything is located. The street outside is always full of people, rickshaws, and delivery carts. It can be quite a struggle just to walk down the lane sometimes. We spend our days helping customers find specific parts they need for their vehicles. It involves a lot of digging through boxes and checking labels. We don't have any fancy displays or bright lights. It’s just a regular shop in a very busy market. The noise is something you never really get used to, but it means there is always business. We have been in Naiwala for a long time and have seen many shops come and go. We stay because we know the trade and we know the people here. It is a gritty, hardworking place. We drink tea from the vendor on the corner several times a day. By the time we close up, the market is still buzzing. It is just the life of a shopkeeper in Karolbagh. There is always someone looking for a rare part that no one else has.
