Group A Logistics

We are based in West Sagar Pur at Rz H 9 A. It is a pretty standard office for this part of New Delhi. We deal with moving goods from one point to another, which sounds simple but usually involves a lot of phone calls. The office is small and often feels a bit cramped when everyone is in at the same time. We have a few computers that are always running and a lot of registers lying around. It gets quite loud when the fans are on full blast during the summer. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside. People who need us usually know where to find us. The neighborhood is mostly residential and small businesses, so it feels very local. We have a routine that we follow every day, starting with checking what arrived overnight. Sometimes there are delays that we can't control, like a truck breaking down or bad weather on the highway. We just try to deal with those things as they come. There are no fancy meetings or long presentations here. It is more about talking to drivers and making sure the paperwork is signed correctly. We have a small corner where we keep the kettle for tea. That’s about as fancy as it gets for us. We just keep our heads down and do the job that needs doing. It’s honest work and we have been doing it this way for years.
