We are located in Saket, specifically at 40-B in H Pocket. It is a residential part of South Delhi, so it is relatively quiet compared to the main markets. We do our food business from here, focusing on baking. There is usually a faint smell of vanilla or toasted bread around our gate. It is not a place where people come to eat; it is where we do all the actual work. We have a small kitchen area with stainless steel tables and a couple of large ovens. The space is a bit tight, so we have to stay very organized. We spend a lot of time washing trays and cleaning the flour off the counters. It is just a small group of us working here. We start early in the morning before the neighborhood gets busy. The delivery van comes by to pick up the orders and take them to different parts of the city. Sometimes we have issues with the electricity, which can be a real headache when you have things in the oven. We just deal with it as it comes. The neighbors are nice and don't seem to mind the occasional noise of our mixers. It is a straightforward operation. We don't have any corporate offices or anything like that. Just a kitchen in Saket where we spend our days making food. We try to keep things simple and honest.
