Grant Thornton

We are tucked away in the Godavari Apartments, unit 78, right here in Alaknanda. It is a residential kind of setting which makes it a bit different from a standard commercial block. Grant Thornton operates from here and we find that the atmosphere is generally more relaxed than the city center. New Delhi 110019 is a good neighborhood to be in. We have our computers set up and there is always someone on the phone or typing away. It’s not a place with a big reception desk or people in suits waiting to greet you. Usually, we are just in the middle of some project or another. The space is a bit cramped if everyone is in at the same time, but we make it work. We have a lot of folders stacked up on the shelves. Most of our day is spent looking at screens and talking about the details of whatever we are working on. It’s an honest way to spend the day. We get our lunch from the local market nearby sometimes. Living and working in the same general area has its perks. We don’t really go for all the flashy marketing stuff you see elsewhere. We just keep our heads down and do the work that is expected of us. It’s a simple setup at Godavari Apartments and it serves us just fine for what we do. No more, no less. There is always a bit of a breeze if we keep the balcony door open.
