Goyal Polymers

Goyal Polymers is located at Plot No. KM-192 in Section 2 of the Bawana Industrial Area. Bawana is a long way out for some, but for us, it’s where the work happens. Our plot is basically a large shed where we keep the raw polymer materials and the processing equipment. It’s not a place for suits and ties. We’re usually in our work clothes, dealing with bags of pellets and the heat from the machines. The smell of plastic is something you just get used to after the first week. We’ve been here for several years now, watching the other plots in Section 2 fill up with different factories. It’s a busy, dusty place with trucks constantly coming and going. We handle our own loading and unloading most of the time. It keeps us active. The office is just a small corner partitioned off with some plywood so we can keep the invoices dry and the computer away from the dust. We aren't big on fancy mission statements. We just try to make sure the batches are consistent and the orders go out on time. Sometimes the machines act up, and we have to spend the night fixing them, but that’s the reality of running a small plant. Our customers are mostly other manufacturers who need the raw materials for their own products. We talk to them plainly and don’t make promises we can’t keep. It’s a straightforward way of doing business in a tough environment.
