Jkm Trading

Started out here in Govindpuri because it was close to the bus depot. We are at No. 33 A/ 1, which is easy enough to find if you know where the Kalkaji Bus Depot is. Most days start early before the traffic really gets bad around the depot. Jkm Trading isn't some giant setup with fancy desks. It is just a practical place where we keep our stock and handle the daily orders. Sometimes the noise from the buses can get a bit much, especially in the afternoons, but you get used to it after a few months. We have been in this spot for a while now. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we are usually too busy moving boxes to worry about that. It’s mostly just us three or four people working here, making sure things go where they are supposed to. When the weather gets hot, we keep the fans going full speed. We don't have a lot of visitors, but neighbors from the other shops pop in sometimes for tea. It’s a busy neighborhood and there is always something happening outside on the street. We just keep our heads down and do what needs doing. It’s not a complicated business. We trade what people need and try to keep things moving along without too much fuss or delay. That’s pretty much how we spend our days here in this corner of Delhi.
