Gms Express

Our spot is C2B 14 A in Janakpuri, which is a busy part of New Delhi. Gms Express operates from this location, and it’s usually quite a scramble around here. We have packages coming in and going out at all hours of the day. The office is pretty small, so things tend to pile up quickly if we aren't careful. We mostly deal with local deliveries and making sure people get their envelopes and small boxes on time. It’s a lot of sorting through piles and writing down names. The traffic in Janakpuri can be a real pain, especially during the rush hour when we’re trying to get the bikes out. We don’t have any fancy software or high-tech systems; it’s mostly just us with our clipboards and pens. People in the area know they can just walk in and drop something off. It’s a very hands-on kind of job. We spend a lot of time on the phone checking where the riders are and telling customers when their stuff will arrive. It’s noisy and sometimes a bit disorganized, but we always manage to get through the daily pile. We’ve been in this Janakpuri block for a long time now. It’s just a basic courier operation run by a few of us who know the streets well. We don't try to be anything we aren't.
