Globus Infocom Limited

Our office is at 210 Okhla Industrial Estate, Phase-III. If you know this area, you know it’s one of those places that never really sleeps. There’s always some kind of construction or a delivery truck blocking the narrow lanes. We’ve been here for a while, and the building has seen a lot of use over the years. Inside Globus Infocom Limited, it’s mostly just rows of desks and people on their computers or phones. We don't go in for much of the modern office design stuff you see in the magazines. It’s a functional space. The air conditioning works most of the time, which is a relief during the summer months in Delhi. We have a small area for tea and lunch, where we usually sit and talk about anything except work for a few minutes. It can get pretty loud with the industrial sounds from the neighbors, but it’s just part of the background noise now. We find that being in Phase-III keeps us connected to other businesses, even if the roads are a mess. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy lobby. We just focus on the tasks at hand and try to stay on top of the schedule. Most days are long, but that’s just how it goes in Okhla. We’ve settled into this spot and it feels like home for the team now. It is a bit worn down in places, but we don't mind the character of an older industrial building.
