We are based at number 43 on the second floor of the Community Center in Naraina Industrial Area, Phase 1. It’s a very active part of Delhi, with a lot of noise and movement all day. Getting up to the second floor can be a bit of a workout since the stairs are quite steep. Our space is filled with boxes of cable ties and other fasteners. It’s more of a warehouse feel than a proper office. We have a few desks tucked into the corners between the stacks of stock. We spend a lot of time counting inventory and packing things up for delivery. It’s not the cleanest area, as the dust from the industrial estate seems to find its way into everything. We have a small window that looks out over the street, but there isn't much of a view, just more buildings and trucks. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. People usually find us by looking at the numbers on the doors. It’s a small team of us here. We usually just have some snacks and tea while we work through the orders. We’ve been in Naraina for quite some time now and we know the other business owners on the floor. It’s a tight-knit community in a way. We just do our job and head home when the day is done.
