Gian Singh & Co.

Our place is tucked away at B-213 in Phase-I of the Naraina Industrial Area. It’s one of those busy streets where there is always a truck blocking the way or someone unloading crates. Gian Singh & Co. has been operating out of this spot for years. The building is older, and the stairs are a bit narrow, but it works for what we do. Inside, it’s mostly just desks, some filing cabinets, and the sound of the fans humming in the summer heat. We aren't a big corporation with fancy suits. Most days, we are just in shirts and trousers, dealing with paperwork and taking calls. People come in and out all day. Sometimes we have tea brought in from the stall down the road. The neighborhood has changed a lot since we first moved in, but our corner stays pretty much the same. There’s a lot of dust from the road work nearby, so we spend a lot of time wiping down the equipment. It’s a straightforward operation. We handle what needs to be handled and try to stay organized, even when the desk gets buried under folders. If you drop by, you might have to wait a minute while we finish up a call. We don’t have a lobby or anything like that. You just walk in and we talk. It is a busy life in Naraina, but we are used to the pace by now.
