We are located in Wazirabad Extension in Delhi, right in Gali No. 8/5A. It’s near Hanuman Chowak, which is a busy little corner. The streets here are narrow, and it can be a challenge when we have a lot of movement. We are at Prem Nath Chorasiya’s place. The office is small and usually crowded with files and ledgers. We don’t go for anything fancy. It’s just a place where we sit and talk to the drivers. Delhi is a huge place to navigate, and Wazirabad is just one small part of it. We deal with transport all over the region. Every day is different. One day we are worried about the rain, and the next day it’s the traffic jams on the main road. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Most of our staff live nearby, so we know the local area very well. We don't use any big corporate talk. We just tell people when their stuff will arrive and we try to stick to that. It’s hard work, and sometimes things go wrong, but we always try to fix it. The neighborhood is loud and full of life, which keeps us on our toes. We are just a local transport office trying to do our bit.
