You can find Ggl Line Pvt. Ltd. over in the Mahipalpur Extension in New Delhi-37. We are technically part of the Freight Systems Group, but the daily reality for us is just a small group of people working out of this office here. This part of Delhi is really geared towards the shipping and transport industry. There are trucks parked on every corner and the roads stay busy from morning until late at night. We spend our days staring at shipping schedules on our monitors and talking to people about where their containers are currently located. It involves a lot of back-and-forth communication with different agents. The office feels very lived-in, with old maps and calendars pinned all over the walls. We don't spend money on fancy decorations because we are usually too busy dealing with the actual freight. Sometimes the internet goes slow or a driver gets stuck in a bad traffic jam, and we just have to sit down and figure out a solution. It is a very hands-on kind of business. We have been in this specific neighborhood long enough to know all the local tea stalls and where to get things done quickly. The work can be a bit repetitive, but it is the business we know best. We aren't trying to be the biggest or flashiest company out there, just trying to keep the stuff moving for our clients without causing any major headaches for anyone. Every evening we tidy up the desks and get ready to do it again.
