East Patel Nagar is a bit of a mix, and our spot at 26/24 is right in the middle of it. Gge Genset Pvt. Ltd is where we deal with generators. It’s funny because you don’t think about gensets until the power goes out, and then suddenly everyone is looking for one. We spend our days around these big engines. They are loud and heavy, so moving them around requires a bit of effort. The office isn't anything special, just a place to keep the files and talk to people who call in. Most of the guys here have grease on their hands by noon. We’ve been in this part of Delhi for a long time. You get to know the neighbors and the tea stall nearby quite well. It’s a lot of manual work and technical troubleshooting. Sometimes a client calls because their backup failed, and we have to figure out why. It’s mostly just practical problem-solving. We don’t use a lot of big words or try to act like we’re a corporate giant. We’re just a local business in Patel Nagar trying to keep things running. The streets can get cramped, especially when we’re loading up a delivery, but we manage. We aren't trying to change the world; we’re just making sure the lights stay on when the main grid fails. It’s basic, honest work that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like the pace here and wouldn't have it any other way.
