General Industrial Co.

We’re located over at F-54 in the Okhla Industrial Area, Phase-1. If you’ve ever been to Okhla, you know how busy and crowded it can get with all the factories and warehouses packed together. General Industrial Co. has been in this spot for a good while now. Our days are filled with the sound of machinery and the constant movement of goods in the street outside. It’s an industrial life, so there’s always a bit of oil or dust around, and we don’t really bother with fancy uniforms or anything. We just wear what’s practical for the work we do. Most of the guys here have been with us for years, and we’ve seen the area change as more businesses move in. Lunchtime is usually spent at one of the local stalls nearby, catching up on the news or complaining about the traffic on the main road. We don't have a polished front office or a team of salespeople in suits. If you come by, you’ll probably find the owner right there on the floor helping out with whatever needs doing. It’s hands-on work, and we prefer it that way. We take the orders as they come and try to stay on top of the schedule, though things don’t always go perfectly. We just do our best to keep the machines running and the customers satisfied without making a big fuss about it. It’s just how things are done here in Phase-1.
