If you look for Gemson Auto India, you’ll find us on the 3rd floor of the Lusa Building. It's number 1194 in Street No. 6, right in the heart of Nai Wala. Being on the third floor means we do a lot of walking up and down those stairs every single day. Karol Bagh is always crowded, especially around here where everyone is looking for auto parts. Our space is usually packed with boxes from floor to ceiling. It can get a bit cramped when several people come in at once, but we manage. We’ve seen the market change a lot over the years. Some shops go, new ones come, but we’ve stuck it out here in this building. Usually, the morning starts with checking what arrived in the latest shipment and trying to find room for it all. We don't have a big fancy showroom with bright lights. It’s more of a practical workspace where we keep track of inventory and talk to the mechanics who come by. Sometimes the lift works, sometimes it doesn’t, so we get our exercise. The noise from the street below never really stops until late at night. We just keep our heads down and handle the orders as they come in. It’s busy and loud, but that’s just how it is in this part of Delhi. We often eat our lunch quickly because someone is always at the door asking for a part we have to dig out from the back.
