We are based in Ashok Vihar at B-31 Sadhuvilla. If you are familiar with the Delhi area, you probably know it gets quite crowded around here. We run an express delivery setup. The "instant" part of our name is what we aim for, though traffic in Delhi usually has other plans. Our office is a modest spot where we manage all the routes and deliveries. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a receptionist. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We handle a lot of documents and small parcels that need to get across the city or further away quickly. The day starts early for us because the couriers need to be out before the worst of the rush hour hits. We spend a lot of time looking at maps and checking timing. It’s a fast-paced environment, but we try not to let it get too stressful. We’ve been in Ashok Vihar for a good while now. The neighbors know us as the people who are always carrying envelopes and boxes. We aren't some massive corporation with a huge marketing budget. We just work out of Sadhuvilla and try to keep our customers happy by being honest about when things will arrive. Sometimes the weather or the roads slow us down, but we just keep at it.
