We are based out of Dwarka, specifically at 1, ASE 1. If you are looking for us, we are right opposite Shiksha Bharti, which is a good landmark because everyone knows the school. It’s a busy area in the mornings and afternoons when the kids are being dropped off or picked up, so there is always a lot of movement outside our doors. The office itself is pretty functional. We have our desks set up to handle all the freight documents and the logistical planning that takes up our entire day. It’s not a silent workplace; there is always someone on the phone or the sound of the printer going in the background. We have some old posters on the walls and a few plants that probably need more water than they get. Dwarka is a big place, but our little corner feels like a community. We know the people at the nearby shops and often see them when we step out for a breather. The work involves a lot of tracking and checking, so we spend a lot of time staring at spreadsheets and talking to shipping lines. We don't have a fancy reception area or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re basically right in the middle of where the work happens. It’s a bit messy sometimes, with files and stationery everywhere, but we know where everything is. It’s just how we operate every day while we manage the cargo schedules.
