You’ll find us over in Palam Colony at RZF-542, Subhash Marg, Raj Nagar Part-2. We run Fowai Exim Private Limited from this location, and it’s a fairly straightforward setup where we handle all our export and import business. The neighborhood is quite residential but has a lot of small businesses tucked away, and we are one of them. Our office is just a plain room with the essentials—computers, a printer, and plenty of space for the files that seem to grow every single day. We spend a lot of our time on the phone with customs agents or trying to track down where a particular shipment has ended up. It can be a bit frustrating when things get delayed, but we just take it in stride and do what we can to move things along. We don't have a big corporate hierarchy here; we are just a small group of people working together. There isn't any fancy mission statement or polished marketing plan. We just show up every morning, make some tea, and get to work on whatever orders are on the desk. It’s a very practical, hands-on kind of business. We’ve been in Palam for a while now and we like the community here. It feels like a real place where people are just trying to get their work done, just like us, and that suits our style.
