If you head over to Village Naraina, you’ll find our office at Shop No CB-201-B, on the second floor of Khasra No 990. It’s a busy industrial and commercial area of Delhi, and Fourierfox Trading Private Limited fits right into the local scene. The office is usually a bit of a mess with papers and samples, but we know where everything is. We spend our time trading various items, which means we are constantly talking to different suppliers and trying to keep our inventory levels right. It’s not the most glamorous job, but we enjoy the challenge of making everything line up. Sometimes the power goes out or the stairs get a bit dusty, but that’s just part of working in an older building in Naraina. We don’t use any marketing jargon or try to sound like a massive company because we are just a local trading business doing our best every day. Most of our work is built on long-term relationships we have with people in the industry, and we prefer to keep things on a first-name basis. There’s a lot of back-and-forth involved in every deal, and we handle all of it ourselves, from the first price quote to the final delivery. It’s just how we operate, and it seems to work well enough for us and the people we trade with regularly.
