We are located at 74 - B Pocket - J K in Dilshad Garden. Since it is a residential area, we are surrounded by houses and families. Fortis Hospital has its space right here in Dilshad Garden, specifically in Pocket - J K. It’s a pretty calm spot most of the time, which is a good thing for a hospital. We’ve got our routine down at 74 - B. Every morning we start by checking the logs and getting the rooms ready. Because it is not a huge place, you can’t really get lost. We like it that way. Most of the people who come in live just a few blocks away and we know a lot of them by name. Using big words or corporate talk isn't our style. We just speak plainly and tell people how things are. Sometimes we are short-staffed or the waiting time is a bit longer than we’d like, but we just keep going. The office at 74 - B is nothing special to look at, but it’s functional. Practicality is what we focus on most. Dilshad Garden is a nice community, and being in Pocket - J K feels like being part of a big neighborhood. We aren't trying to impress anyone with fancy lobby furniture. The job we are here to do is what matters. It’s just how we operate at 74 - B every single day for the local families in the Dilshad Garden area.
