We’re located at 42 Ring Road in Lajpat Nagar-3. If you know this part of Delhi, you know it’s always buzzing with people and the traffic is constant. Our space is a bit cramped because we have to store a lot of stock, mostly things related to home comfort and air management products. It’s not a big corporate headquarters, just a practical place where we manage our daily business and talk to our suppliers. We spend a lot of time on the phone or checking invoices to make sure every order is where it should be. The Ring Road is right outside our front door, so we see the city moving all day long. Sometimes the deliveries are late because of the heavy congestion, but we’ve learned to plan our day around the traffic patterns. Our staff is small, just a few of us who have been working together for a few years now. We handle the paperwork, talk to customers who drop by the shop, and try to keep everything organized, though the piles of boxes sometimes make that difficult. It’s a straightforward operation without any bells or whistles. We aren't interested in making big promises or using fancy words to describe what we do. We just sell these products and try to make sure they get to the right people at the right time. It gets very busy during the peak season, and we might skip a few lunch breaks to keep up with the demand.
