Fedex Express

This is our spot on 35-Vaishali Marg - I, over on the Dabri - Palam Road. It is a busy stretch of New Delhi. We deal with all kinds of express shipments here. Fedex Express is the name on the door. It is a functional place. We spend a lot of time scanning barcodes and loading up the vans. The traffic on Palam Road can be a nightmare sometimes, but we manage. We are not managers in a high-rise building. We are the people on the ground. The office is not anything special to look at. It has desks, some computers, and a lot of boxes. We see a lot of people coming in to send stuff overseas or to other cities. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It is about getting the timing right. Sometimes the computers go slow or the power cuts out, but we find a way. We have a routine here that works for us. It is a lot of repetitive tasks but they are important. We do not talk about being the best or having a grand vision. We just want to make sure the packages do not sit here for too long. If you live around Dabri, you have probably seen our drivers out and about. We are just part of the daily grind in Delhi. There is always a parcel that needs a label or a truck to load.
