Our spot is in Sneh Apartments over in Anand Nagar. It’s right here in Andheri, at 302. It’s a residential-looking building, but we’ve got our operations going from there. Most people know the name on the door, but we run this local branch with a pretty small crew. We handle a lot of packages and envelopes every single day. It’s a lot of sorting and making sure the couriers have their routes figured out. The office is usually full of boxes and labels. We don’t really do the whole corporate polish thing here. We’re just regular people trying to keep up with the fast pace of deliveries in Mumbai. It gets pretty hectic, especially during the holidays or when everyone is ordering things at once. We don't have time for long meetings or fancy presentations. We just focus on the parcels. Andheri is a massive area, and traffic can be a nightmare for our drivers. We spend a lot of time on the phone trying to help people find their packages or explaining why there might be a delay. It’s honest, busy work. We’ve been in this building for a while now and the neighbors are used to seeing us. We just keep our heads down and try to get everything out the door on time. That’s pretty much the daily routine for us at Sneh Apartments. It’s simple and it works.
