We are over in the Nangal area at WZ 1598 L/2A, which is Ram Niwas’s place. It is a bit tucked away in the lanes, so you have to keep a sharp eye out for the house number. We handle various cargo and shipping tasks from here. It is not a large facility, just a local spot where we manage the daily operations. The streets around here are quite narrow, and it can be a challenge when we have a lot of items coming in at once. We have a small group of people working here. We don't really have a boss who sits in a separate office; we all just work together in the same space. The walls are mostly bare, except for a few maps of the city and some old schedules taped up. It is mostly about getting the job done without too much fuss. We start early in the morning before the sun gets too hot. The local tea stall is just a short walk away, and we usually head there for a break in the afternoon. We don’t use any complicated systems, just the basic stuff that works for us. It is a quiet kind of work, mostly checking labels and making sure the addresses are correct. We like the neighborhood because it feels lived-in. We have been here long enough that we feel like part of the furniture.
