Our office is situated in Statesman House on Barakhamba Road, right in the heart of Connaught Place. Being on the 4th floor gives us a bit of a view of the surrounding area, though mostly we are just looking at other office buildings and the constant stream of cars below. CP is a hectic place to work, but there is something about the energy here that keeps us going. Fast Lane Automotive Private Limited is located in a building that has a lot of history, though our particular office feels like any other working space once you step inside. We have the usual setup of desks, chairs, and filing cabinets that have seen better years. It’s not a polished showroom; it’s where the actual paperwork and phone calls happen. The walk from the metro station can be quite a sweat in the Delhi summer, so we’re always glad to get into the shade of the building. The elevators here are usually busy with people from all sorts of different companies. We see the same faces every day in the lobby or getting coffee downstairs. It’s a busy atmosphere where everyone is rushing somewhere. Our space is functional and a bit cramped at times because of all the folders we keep. We don’t have a big fancy sign or anything, just our name on the directory. It’s a practical place for us to handle the daily grind in a very busy part of town.
