You can find us at Jasola Vihar in New Delhi. We’re in one of the Janta Flats, specifically House Number E-374 in Pocket 11. Mr. Anil Pandey is the one who keeps everything running here at Falcon Freight. It’s a tight space because it’s basically a flat converted into an office, but it serves its purpose for what we do. We deal with freight stuff all day long. The walls are covered in notes and delivery schedules. It can get pretty chaotic when several things happen at once. Being in a residential pocket means we have to be careful about how much noise we make during the day. We don't have a big sign outside, just a small one by the door. Most of our work is done over the phone or on the internet anyway. It’s a lot of tracking where things are and making sure the drivers haven't got stuck in the Delhi traffic again. Sometimes we sit out on the small balcony to take a break when it’s not too hot. It's not a corporate skyscraper, just a regular home-based setup. We’ve been here for a while and the routine is pretty much the same every day. We handle what comes in and try to make sure it goes out right. It’s just us doing our thing and trying to stay busy. It works for us and we like the neighborhood.
