Fairdeal

We are located in the A-2 block of Paschim Vihar. It’s a residential area mostly, so our presence here is pretty quiet compared to the main markets. We’ve been operating under the name Fairdeal for a good number of years now. The name was chosen because that’s how we like to handle things—just straight talk and no hidden stuff. Our office isn't anything special to look at, just a room with some filing cabinets, a few chairs, and a desk that has seen better days. Most of the people who come by are locals from around Paschim Vihar or people who were told about us by their relatives. We don't spend money on glossy brochures or fancy signs. We find that just doing the work and being honest with people is enough to keep us busy. On a typical afternoon, you’ll find us sorting through paperwork or talking to someone who stopped in for advice. It gets a bit cold in the winter here, so we usually have a small heater running near the door. We don't have a big mission statement or a fancy board of directors. It’s just us, the office, and the daily tasks that need to get finished before the sun goes down. We like the neighborhood and the people here, and we plan on staying in this A-2 spot for the foreseeable future.
