We are at Shop No. 15 in the Laxmi Bai Nagar Market, right across from the Ina Market. It’s a very busy area, so there is always noise from the street and people walking by. The shop isn't huge, so we have to be smart about where we put the crates of glass. Usually, we have a few guys working out front if there’s a car parked nearby that needs a quick fix. You can see the glass panels stacked up inside, and we keep the glass cutters and the suction handles near the main desk. The market gets really crowded in the evenings, which makes deliveries a bit of a headache sometimes. We start early in the morning before the traffic gets too bad, getting the shop opened up and checking the orders for the day. There is always a lot of cleaning to do because glass shows every fingerprint and bit of dust. We don't have any fancy displays, just the tools of the trade and the stock we need. Most people who stop by are in a hurry to get back to their day, so we focus on getting the job done without talking too much. Sometimes we share a tea with the neighbors from the other shops when things quiet down for a few minutes. It’s a practical kind of place, just focused on fixing windshields for anyone who pulls up. The shelves are mostly full of rubber seals and tubes of black glue, and there is always a radio playing softly in the background.
