Express Well Construction

We’ve been over at the Janpath Hotel building for a while now, up on the first floor. Delhi is a busy place, and keeping up with all the building work around here takes up most of our days. It’s usually pretty loud in the office with the phones ringing and people coming in to talk about their projects. We do construction work, mostly around the city and sometimes a bit further out if the job makes sense. It’s not fancy work, just getting things built the way they should be. My desk is always covered in papers and blueprints, and there’s usually a cold cup of tea sitting somewhere. Most of us have lived in Delhi our whole lives, so we know how the heat and the rain can mess with a building site. We just try to get the job done without too much fuss. Sometimes the traffic makes it hard to get to sites on time, but that’s just life here. If you walk past the hotel, you might see our sign. It's nothing special, just a place where we work. We spend a lot of time on-site anyway, wearing boots and getting dusty. That’s how it goes in this business. You start early, finish late, and hope the weather stays clear enough to pour concrete. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the city over the years. New buildings going up everywhere you look. It's a lot to keep track of, but we stay busy.
