Express Gifts Limited, New Delhi is actually run out of Vasundhara, Ghaziabad. We are based at Mr. R.K. Sharma’s house, H.No. 1030 in Sector-13. It might seem a bit unusual to have the name say New Delhi when we are here in Ghaziabad, but that’s just how it’s set up. We handle a lot of different gift items and small shipments. Our space is filled with boxes and packing materials most of the time. It’s a family-run sort of feeling even if we handle a lot of orders. Sector-13 is a pretty quiet residential area, which makes it a nice place to work from. We aren't some big warehouse operation with hundreds of workers. It’s just a small group of us making sure people get what they ordered. We spend our mornings sorting through what needs to go out and our afternoons getting everything ready for the couriers. Mr. Sharma keeps a close eye on everything to make sure no mistakes happen. We don't have a big storefront or anything like that. Most people just reach out to us directly through the phone or local contacts. It’s a practical way to run things. We’ve been in this neighborhood for a bit now and people know us. It’s just everyday work for us, keeping things moving and making sure the parcels are packed right. Nothing fancy about it, just us in Sector-13 doing our work.
