Expeditors International

We are located at D7/7272 in Vasantkunj, which is a pretty decent spot in New Delhi to be based. At Expeditors International, the day usually starts with a lot of emails and people checking their watches. It’s not a very fancy setup we have here. We’ve got the usual desks and computers, and maybe a few too many cables running along the floor, but it functions. Dealing with international stuff means we are often working while other people are sleeping, so there's usually someone around even at odd hours. We aren't really the type to give big presentations or use a lot of complicated words. We just talk like regular people and try to get the work finished. The traffic around Vasantkunj can be a real headache in the evenings, so we usually try to get our physical paperwork sorted early. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure everyone is on the same page. We’ve had the same crew for a while, and we’ve seen the neighborhood change quite a bit over the years. We just stay focused on our own little patch. There isn't any secret to what we do; it’s just about staying organized and dealing with the problems as they come up. We don't claim to be perfect, but we stay busy and we keep our word when we tell someone we’ll get something done. That's just how we run things around here every single day.
