Being in the DDA Flats gives the office a very different feel than being in a glass tower. It’s more of a local, everyday kind of environment. We manage international logistics from here, which sounds like a big job, but we just take it one shipment at a time. The office is full of people who spend their days tracking cargo, talking to airlines and shipping lines, and making sure the paperwork is correct. It gets quite busy, especially when there are delays at the airport or ports that we have to fix. We don’t have any fancy decorations; it’s just a place where we get things done. Dwark is a huge area, and Bindapur is just one part of it that we’ve grown to know well. Our team is a mix of people who have been doing this for years and some newer faces. We don't go in for big corporate speeches or anything like that. We just focus on the tasks we have for the day and try to make sure everything gets where it’s going. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just deal with it and keep working. It’s just a normal group of people doing their best to handle a lot of complicated logistics from a simple office in New Delhi every week.
