We are located over on Ajmer Road in Jaipur, specifically in the Jagdamba Nagar area. The address is C-125, which isn't too hard to find if you know the neighborhood. It gets really hot here in the summer, and the dust from the road covers everything, so we spend a lot of time just cleaning off the battery casings. We have been working out of this spot for some time now. It is basically just a warehouse with a small desk in the corner for paperwork. There is no fancy lobby or anything like that. Traffic on Ajmer Road can be a real headache during rush hour, so we try to get our loading done early in the morning before it gets too crowded. A few of us hang around most of the day, waiting for the transport trucks to show up. We know the neighbors pretty well, and we usually get our lunch from the small dhaba just down the block. It is a simple operation. We deal with all kinds of batteries, mostly for cars and home power backups. The floors are concrete and always have a few scuffs from the heavy crates. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just answer the phone when it rings and try to get the orders out. It is plain work, but someone has to do it so people’s lights stay on. That is just how it is for us here in Jaipur.
