You can find us at 24 A on the second floor of Lane No 11 in Pratap Nagar. It’s part of Mayur Vihar Phase 1 here in New Delhi. Being on the second floor means we carry stuff up and down the stairs a lot, which keeps us busy. This Exide Industries Ltd office is more about the paperwork and coordinating things than a big warehouse. We’ve got a couple of desks, a few old files, and a lot of phone lines that seem to ring at the same time. The lane outside is usually crowded with people and scooters, which is just typical for this part of Delhi. We like being in Pratap Nagar because there’s always something going on. Our team is small, just a few of us trying to keep things organized. It’s not the most modern office you’ve ever seen, but it’s functional and we know where everything is. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait a bit, but that’s just life in the city. We don't use any fancy management speak here. We just talk to each other and get the tasks finished. If you’re coming to see us, just look for Lane 11 and head up to the second floor. It’s a bit tucked away, but once you find it, you’ll see we are just regular people doing our jobs and making sure the batteries get where they belong.
