We are based out of 245 DDA Flats in Khirki Extension. If you know Malviya Nagar, you know it can be a bit of a maze back here. Our office is not in one of those huge glass buildings in the city center. It is a bit more tucked away, which we actually like. Shipping is a complicated business with lots of rules and forms, so we spend most of our day on computers or talking to people at the ports. It gets pretty loud in the office when everyone is on the phone at once. We handle a lot of the back-end stuff that people do not really see. It is a lot of tracking containers and making sure the documentation is right so nothing gets stuck. New Delhi is far from the ocean, but we manage the logistics from right here in our small corner of Khirki. Sometimes the power goes out or the internet acts up, but we just keep going. The staff is a small group of people who have been working together for a long time. We do not have a lot of fancy decorations, just maps and calendars on the walls. It is a regular office where we do honest work every day. People stop by sometimes to ask for directions because the address can be tricky to find for delivery drivers. We are just a local team doing our work to keep things moving as they should.
