Escon International Pvt. Ltd. is based out of Sainik Farms in New Delhi, over at 119, Po Khanpur. It’s a bit of a different vibe here compared to the more industrial parts of the city. We’ve got a decent setup that helps us stay focused on the international trade side of things. It’s mostly paperwork and coordination. We spend a lot of time talking to people in different time zones, which means some of us are here at odd hours. The office is comfortable enough, nothing too fancy, just the essentials. We have a lot of maps on the walls and shelves full of binders. We aren't the kind of company that puts out a lot of ads. Most people find us through word of mouth or because they’ve been working with us for years. We handle the details that people usually don't want to deal with themselves. It’s a lot of back-and-forth with customs and shipping lines. Sometimes it gets frustrating when things are delayed, but that’s the nature of the business. We take it one day at a time. The team is steady, and we’ve been through a lot of busy seasons together. We just keep our heads down and do the work that’s expected of us without making any grand claims. It’s just how we run things here at Sainik Farms, day in and day out, making sure the cargo moves as it should.
