Empire Spares

Our shop is at Plot No-29 in Govindpuri. If you know where Mira Mandir is, then we’re basically right there. It’s a small place but we keep a lot of things inside. Shelves are usually packed with different spares and sometimes it’s a bit of a mess finding exactly what someone is looking for. But we know where everything is, even if it looks cluttered to someone else walking in. The morning starts with opening up the shutters and dusting off the counters because the road outside brings in a lot of dirt. Customers come in looking for specific parts for their machines or cars. We don't have a big sales team, just a few of us who know the parts. It’s mostly just answering the phone and checking the back room for stock. On festival days, it gets quite busy around Mira Mandir, so the street gets crowded. We usually have tea delivered from the stall down the road. Empire Spares has been here a while and most of the neighbors know us by name. We don't do much advertising; people just know we're here at Govindpuri when they need a replacement part. It's just a regular local business trying to stay organized and helpful to the folks who drop by throughout the week. We keep a handwritten log of what we sell and make sure to restock when the shelves get too empty.
