Our office is located at Plot No-618 in the Kirti Shikhar building, which is part of the Janakpuri District Centre. It’s a busy commercial hub in Delhi. Elmex Controls is where we spend our time working on electrical control systems and terminal blocks. The building is quite tall, and the elevators are usually busy with people from all the different offices. Inside our space, it’s mostly shelves filled with plastic and metal components. We don't have a lot of fancy furniture. We mostly just have sturdy tables where we can inspect the products. Janakpuri is a good place to be because everything is nearby, but it can be a headache to find parking. We’ve been here for a good while, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the district centre. We deal with engineers and contractors who know exactly what they want, so we don’t have to do much explaining. Sometimes we have tea together while going over a blueprint or a shipping list. We aren't a huge corporation with thousands of employees; we’re a dedicated group that knows our way around a control panel. Our walls are covered with old calendars and technical charts. It’s a functional space for people who care about the technical details of their work. We just keep our heads down and make sure the deliveries go out on time.
