Elbee Express

Down at C 57 in the Paryavaran Complex, that’s where you’ll find the Elbee Express office. We’re located near the Maidan Garhi Moad in New Delhi. It’s a bit of a specific spot, but we’ve been here for a while now. Our day is usually filled with sorting out deliveries and making sure the express side of things actually stays express. Being in Delhi, there is always some kind of delay or roadwork, but we try to get around it. The office itself is pretty basic. We have our computers and our stacks of records. We don't use a lot of big words to describe what we do; we just take your packages and get them on their way. The Maidan Garhi area has its own rhythm, and we’re used to the local pace. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it’s quiet enough to actually catch up on the filing. We handle a lot of different types of items, from small envelopes to bigger boxes. It’s just us working through the piles every day. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It is just a small group of us making sure the logistics side of the business keeps ticking along. If you’re passing by the Paryavaran Complex, you’ll see our sign. It’s a practical office for a practical job, and we like keeping it that way without any fuss. It’s just how we operate.
