Elbee Express P Ltd

Our office is in Alpha-2, Greater Noida, at G-340. It's a plain building in a part of town that has a lot of different small businesses and houses mixed together. We handle the express courier work for Elbee Express P Ltd here. It’s a straightforward operation. We start the day by sorting through the bags that come in from the main hub. The office is usually a bit of a mess with empty boxes and rolls of tape, but that’s just how it goes when you’re busy. We don't have any fancy furniture or a professional receptionist. You just walk in and someone will help you at the counter. We have a few computers for the tracking, but a lot of our work is still done by hand with pens and paper logs. The summer months are tough because the warehouse area gets very warm, so we try to get the heavy work done early. We don't have any big promotional speeches or corporate goals posted on the walls. We just want to get the mail out on time so we can finish our shift. Most of our drivers are local guys who know all the sectors of Greater Noida like the back of their hand. We drink tea, talk about the cricket scores, and keep the parcels moving. It’s a simple life and we are happy enough with how things run here every day. We just focus on getting the work done without making a big deal about it.
