Efforts Rubber Industry

Efforts Rubber Industry is our small setup over at 25/8/17 in the Modern Industrial Estate. Being in an industrial estate means there is always noise from the neighboring units and the smell of various manufacturing processes in the air. For us, it’s the smell of raw rubber and the heat from the molding machines. We spend our days cutting, shaping, and curing rubber into different parts. The floors are concrete and usually have some scuffs from moving heavy equipment around. We have a few old presses that have been the backbone of this place since we started. It’s a bit of a messy job, and our clothes usually show it by the end of the shift. We don’t have a fancy website or a bunch of brochures. Most of our customers are other businesses that have been buying from us for a long time. They know where we are and what we do. We take our breaks together in the small shade outside the main door. It’s a simple life of making things that people actually use, even if they never see the rubber seals or gaskets inside their machines. The work is steady, and we try to keep things organized despite the limited space we have. It’s just a regular factory where we put in our hours and try to do a decent job every day. It's not glamorous work, but it pays the bills and keeps us busy. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
