S.V. Tel

S.V. Tel is located in East Patel Nagar. We are in the lower ground floor at number 23/26. It’s a bit of a basement feel since it's the LGF, but it stays cool in the summer which is a nice break from the Delhi heat. We work on telecom stuff. Mostly fixing things or setting up new connections for people. There are wires and cables everywhere in our office. It looks a bit messy to an outsider, but we know exactly where everything goes. We’ve been in Patel Nagar for a long time. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit quieter than the big main markets nearby. We get a lot of locals coming in with problems with their phones or their internet lines. We also do some bigger jobs for small businesses around this part of town. We aren't a big flashy store with bright lights. It’s just a workspace where we get things done. Sometimes we are out on site all day long, and the office is totally empty. Other times we are all huddled around a piece of equipment trying to figure out why it’s not working right. We don't have a dress code or anything. We just wear what’s comfortable for crawling under desks or climbing up ladders. It’s a small operation. We just like solving the technical issues that frustrate other people. It’s what we’ve always done here. We just keep at it, one wire at a time.
