Working out of 24 Community Center in East of Kailash means we are always in the middle of everything. This building has seen better days, but it’s got a lot of life in it. You have to navigate around some parked scooters to get to the entrance, and the stairs are a bit narrow if you’re carrying anything heavy. Our space at Artemis is basically just a few rooms filled with desks and some filing cabinets that probably should have been replaced years ago. We handle a lot of the day-to-day coordination from here. It gets quite loud during the lunch hour because there are so many offices nearby and everyone heads out at the same time. We usually just eat at our desks while finishing up emails. The internet cuts out occasionally when it rains, but we manage to get things done. It’s not a corporate headquarters with glass walls and uniforms. It’s more of a place where we sit down, do the work, and go home. We’ve got a couple of fans going because the central cooling isn’t great in the back corner. Visitors usually find us by looking for the sign near the main gate, which is starting to fade a little. There is always someone coming in to drop off a parcel or sign some papers. It’s a busy spot, and there isn't much downtime once the phones start ringing at nine in the morning.
